1. Acceptance
By visiting, registering for, paying for, receiving complimentary access to, or otherwise using Gold Boss Academy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Gold Boss Academy provides trading education and member services that may include courses, live classes, replays, trade ideas, calculators, market tools, learning resources, announcements, community features, support, affiliate/referral tools, broker-linked complimentary access and optional integrations such as Google Calendar.
Features may differ by membership type, eligibility, account status, country, provider availability or administrative configuration.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting your password and access credentials.
You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, share access in a way that bypasses membership controls, or interfere with platform security.
Broker-linked trading features are available only to people who meet the applicable broker's age, identity, jurisdiction and eligibility requirements.
4. Membership and access
Gold Boss Academy may offer paid memberships and complimentary access routes. Access to specific tools, courses, replays, channels or features is determined by your current membership and eligibility status.
Access is personal to the account holder unless Gold Boss Academy expressly authorizes otherwise. We may use automated or administrative checks to keep your portal access consistent with your valid membership or complimentary-access status.
5. Payments, renewals and cancellation
Paid memberships may be processed by third-party payment providers. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms and any provider-specific trial or checkout terms are shown at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Cancellation of a recurring payment does not necessarily end already-paid access immediately. Where applicable, access may continue through the paid period unless a refund, charge reversal, dispute or other event requires earlier termination.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled according to the applicable checkout terms, provider rules and mandatory law. A refund or reversed payment may result in loss of the related paid access.
6. Broker-linked complimentary access
Gold Boss Academy may offer complimentary access to users who qualify through a recommended broker relationship. Eligibility requirements may include opening an account through an approved referral path, completing required information, meeting minimum funding requirements and maintaining qualifying account activity.
Gold Boss Academy may receive referral or introducing-broker compensation from qualifying activity. Gold Boss Academy does not hold or control funds in your broker account.
Complimentary access may be pending, approved, rejected, revoked or expired depending on eligibility. If eligibility ends, you may be offered another available access route, including a paid membership.
7. Google Calendar integration
Google Calendar connection is optional. If you choose to connect it, you authorize Gold Boss Academy to use the Google permissions you approve to provide the calendar-sync feature, which may include creating, updating, identifying or removing Gold Boss Academy events in your connected calendar.
You can revoke the connection at any time. Gold Boss Academy does not receive your Google password. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.
Calendar sync is provided as a convenience. Because timezones, provider availability, user settings and event changes can affect displayed times, you remain responsible for checking the Gold Boss Academy member calendar or session notice for the latest session information.
8. Education and trading-risk disclaimer
Gold Boss Academy is an educational service. Content, trade ideas, charts, live sessions, tools, calculators, examples, commentary and community discussions are provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Nothing on the platform is a promise of profit or a guarantee of any trading outcome. Trading leveraged products, foreign exchange, gold, CFDs or other financial instruments can result in substantial losses and may not be suitable for everyone.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk limits, broker selection and compliance with laws applicable to you. Past performance, screenshots, testimonials and historical examples do not predict future results.
9. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Gold Boss Academy owns or licenses the platform design, course content, recordings, written materials, graphics, tools, branding and other original content provided through the service.
Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the materials for your own use. You may not resell, republish, scrape, mass-download, redistribute, reproduce or create a competing service from Gold Boss Academy materials without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Gold Boss Academy the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display or transmit it for the service you requested.
10. Acceptable use and community conduct
You agree not to:
- use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment or abuse;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- upload malware or interfere with normal platform operation;
- misrepresent Gold Boss Academy content or educator statements as guaranteed financial outcomes;
- share paid or restricted materials outside your authorized account; or
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the service without permission.
Community access may be moderated. We may remove content or restrict users who breach these Terms, threaten other users, compromise security or materially disrupt the community.
11. Third-party services
Gold Boss Academy may link to or integrate with third parties such as payment providers, Google Calendar, Telegram, Zoom, trading/charting providers, brokers or other services. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements and service availability.
We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts, systems, outages, pricing, trading execution or policy changes.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be added, changed, moved, replaced or removed for security, legal, operational or product reasons.
Live-session schedules, educators, resources and integrations may change. We may perform maintenance or temporarily limit access where reasonably necessary.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the platform, create security or fraud risk, fail to maintain a required membership or complimentary-access condition, or where suspension is required by law or a service provider.
You may stop using Gold Boss Academy at any time. Ending your account does not automatically cancel a separate recurring payment arrangement with a third-party provider unless the relevant cancellation process is completed.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Boss Academy is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that trading results, third-party services, integrations, uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes will occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Boss Academy and its operators, educators, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or trading losses arising from your use of educational content, third-party systems or your own trading decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
15. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws governing Gold Boss Academy's operation and your use of the service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest version. Where a change materially affects existing rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice where reasonably required.
